Use This Checklist to Prepare, Not Diagnose

Symptoms can have many causes. This checklist helps women notice patterns and prepare for a better conversation with a licensed healthcare provider. It is not a diagnostic tool.

Important: Sudden, severe, or unusual symptoms should be discussed with a medical professional promptly. Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke-like symptoms, severe bleeding, or thoughts of self-harm require urgent help.
